The new shortest man in the world is Filipino Junrey Balawing. He just turn 18 yrs and he's 23.6 inches tall.
Filipino teen stand just under two feet tall has just been been officially declared the World’s Shortest Man by the Guinness Book of World Records. His height makes him almost 3 inches shorter than Khagendra Thapa Magar, the previous holder of the shoretest man record.
